Hammerne Prog Rock Book I: Fire, Faces Review (New 2022)

Hammerne just released this album, Book I: Fires, Faces, you may love it if you’re a fan of prog rock or local music. Yuri and I spoke, on this subject a while back. His biggest influences are Coheed and Cambria, Eidola, Vox Vocis, and more. I didn’t really enjoy the album all that much, there were some perks to it, but you may enjoy it! I did like the leads, and the drums, though it isn’t 100% up to par with production, mixing and mastering. That’s alright though. “Shards”, “Hiding from the Hooves”, and “Wings 2.0”, are some of the better songs on here, including “Starboard”, “Syrenes Flight”, and “Clawing”. The band currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania since they’re relocating soon enough. Dave is the bass player, Yuri plays guitars. Dave and Yuri have been together in this project since 2019. Give them your attention! We’ve left music below.
