So J Rosco just released a pretty cool cover album with his vocals over top of the music. It’s pretty rad I can say. But it’s not something I’d listen to on a daily basis. Although, Rosco is a pretty talented vocalist. Covers featured in, “Virus of the Mind”, the album, are as, “Purest Strain of Hate”, by Thy Art is Murder, “Beast”, by The Acacia Strain, “Carrion”, by Parkway Drive and such more. However, “Drowning”, by J Rosco is an original song and one of only to be original on the album. All songs were mixed, mastered and his vocals recorded by Rosco, minus “Beast”, and “Drowning”. “Virus of the Mind”, isn’t bad for being a cover album the man did himself. I give this album one thumb up, and seven out of ten stars. You can check out what he has to offer below.
